Seafood Restaurant at Winchester, Hampshire, are looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The restaurant is the first to open outside of Cornwall. With a nod towards the coastal heritage, this restaurant brings the freshest fish, simply cooked to Winchester. The seafood restaurant is just a short train ride from London, situated on Winchester high street.
Work description:
Role in the department & Job Description: Complete the appointed task by maintain high standards
Type of job: Permanent
Reporting to: Restaurant Manager
Hours per week & Worker Notice Period required: 50-60/week. 5 days/week, 2 off
Type of Menus and Standards of preparation: There's a delicious a la carte dinner menu, and a set menu option for lunch
Starting date: asap
The employer provides:
- Salary: £25.000/year gross plus £3-4.000/year service charge
- Accommodation / Cost Meals: Live out. Meals on duty
Requirements:
Qualifications / Certificates Required for position: Yes
Experience required: Must have UK experience. Quality restaurant background – The Pig, Duck and Waffles, Jamie's Italian, style….Gastro pubs will be good as well. Michelin or AA will be very appreciated
Other requirements: Speak good English.
