WHAT YOU WILL GET

- Experience. Minimum 10 years working experience as Senior Hair Stylist in reputed organization, potential to growth as a Creative Director.

The ideal candidate needs to be a natural leader with a warm and nurturing yet firm demeanor. They must possess a passion for the industry and a relentless drive for consistency and quality. They will primarily be expected to inspire, mentor and develop our team of over 30 stylists, run training sessions, attend to VIP clients, and resolve escalated complaints. The Artistic Director will also be responsible for setting and updating the technical vision and creative direction of the company, and for representing the brand at the highest level across the industry.
- Experience. At least 15 years of experience as a hair stylist, with experience at the highest level (e.g. Master Stylist/Creative Director) with a top salon
- Qualifications. NVQ Level 3 in hair dressing (or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of latest industry trends as well as fundamentals
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
